• Education Qualification –Graduate or Diploma holders.
• Language Capability –. Excellent Spoken English & Regional language skills equivalent to Versant 4 along with ability to read & write English. In case of Regional resource, spoken regional language & English along with ability to read & write English.
• Experience – Candidate with over 6 months of Voice calling experience in inbound/Outbound customer service voice operations.
• Willing to work in 24*7 shifts and 6 days a week
